1. On any trip, camp event, remember we are all out & about
to enjoy ourselves and have fun, Outdoors 4X4 DO NOT
except any liabilities and/or responsibilities for any members
and/or guest damage and/or injuries of any sort while on any
trip, camp or any event organized by Outdoors 4X4.
2. AT ALL TIMES while in the presence of Outdoors 4X4, or the use of
our group name stickers or promotional items, remember you
are representing Outdoors 4X4, we will not tolerate abuse from
any of our member towards the public, and/or misbehave in the
eye of the public, any reports from the public about a member of
Outdoors 4X4 will be delt with in accordance and possible ban from
group, NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Outdoors 4X4 DO NOT tolerate any bad behavior and/or irresponsible
behavior by any member, while in a group event and/or
irresponsible driving using your vehicle and/or a guest/s vehicle,
that could pose a danger to other member/s and/or other
people/spectators instant BAN will be enforced and/or guilty
party will be asked to leave/pack up from current event and
remove themselves from our Face Book page.
4. Constant foul language would be appreciated to a minimal to
non profanity, as keep in mind we would like to provide a family
friendly environment and children do not need to hear such language.
5. Please keep in mind, if you take any photos and/or video on any
trip, camp, event, Please Ask for permission before PUBLISHING to
any Social media site, if your video or photos capture showing
license plates on any vehicles, Highly Recommended to ask any
owner of a vehicle in your photos or video for permission at all
to take them or upload online.
6. Outdoors 4X4 is a social group, NOT A REGISTERED 4X4 CLUB,
no insurance or liabilities are given, you brake it you pay n fix it
yourself, you get hurt on any trips, events or camps, Outdoors 4X4
is not liable, participate in any event, trip or camp AT YOUR OWN RISK.
7. Outdoors 4X4 DO NOT except any liabilities if members organize
events, and or trips using Outdoors 4X4 name or out side of Outdoors
4X4.
8. Outdoors 4x4 DO NOT CONDONE NOR ALLOW being under the
influence of any drug or alcohol, we strongly recommend not
to drink any type/form of alcohol or be under the influence of
any type/form of drug/s While attending any event listed below:-
(a), During a day trip or at any time whilst operating a vehicle
at an event.
(b), During to and from events.
In the event of an accident which could occur while a member is under
the influence of some sort, and is involved in the accident Outdoors 4x4
WILL NOT LIE TO AUTHORITIES if questioned about incident/s
Outdoors 4X4 WILL NOT EXCEPT ANY LIABILITIES FOR ANY ONE
UNDER ANY INFLUENCE AND CAUSES AN ACCIDENT.
While camping on an event, drinking is allowed at person/s own
risk THAT DOES NOT Hurt NOR affect any
other member/s guest/s attending any one camp event.
BOTTOM LINE IS PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE, think
of other people's safety and yourself.
9. IF YOUR VEHICLE is disengaged or stuck on any trails while on an event
with Outdoors 4x4, and a RECOVERY is needed, DO NOT EXPECT OR BLAME
any Admin and/or member or guest to be liable or responsible for any damage
that may present itself in the efforts/during recovery of your vehicle, if you
want insurance and professional recovery crew, PLEASE MAKE your own
plans to have your vehicle recovered, AND PLEASE STATE you would not
like to be recovered by any of Outdoors 4x4 Admins or Members and guest.
Again no Liabilites will be taken for any vechile recovery damage, all recoveries
are at YOUR OWN RISK, all efforts will be taken to minimize damage to any
vehicle being recovered.
10. Outdoors 4X4 reserve the right to change any if not all
terms & conditions with out any prior notice, Outdoors
4X4 will try and advise of any updates to the terms and
conditions, thus please check back once in awhile to
review all terms and conditions.
